Long cool summers combined with iron rich soils make Margaret River an ideal region to grow grape varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The longer ripening period allow for the flavour and aroma development that make the wines so enjoyable.
