Varieties: Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with 10% aged Chenin Blanc used in the liqueur at disgorging
Area: Margaret River 90% and Swan Valley 10%
Ageing: Bottled in December 2016 and kept on lees 
Tasting Notes: The wine is mid straw in colour with lifted aromas of pineapple, lemon tart and Fuji apples.
The palate is medium dry yet delicate and fruity with great flavour, intensity and a driven acid backbone.
The fine bead of the bubbles finishes the wine with great persistence of length.
