2012 Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

The 2012 Elizabeth Jane Blanc de Blanc Sparkling is the second sparkling made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from the “Shovelgate Vineyard” in Margaret River. The bouquet displays warm, biscuity aromas followed by a complex palate of citrus, green apple and peach to finish.
This traditionally made sparkling wine has spent over 3 years on lees and has a fine, persistent bread and delicate mousse.
Serve as an aperitif or celebration wine, or with seafood such as smoked salmon, grilled prawns or lighter meat dishes.
