VENUES COORDINATOR - FULL-TIME

 

Chapel Farm Estate is a one-of-a-kind venue in the Swan Valley, built with 100-year-old timbers and blessed with a Victorian homestead, lake, waterfalls, and fields of native pastures — all set against the majestic backdrop of the Perth Hills. We create unforgettable weddings, functions, and celebrations, and now we’re looking for a Venues Coordinator to help us bring those magical moments to life.

 

Working alongside our Head of Food & Beverage and Administration Manager, you'll be part of a passionate team committed to delivering high-quality service across:

Chapel Farm – our flagship venue for weddings, wine tours, and all-round good times at The Tap
Estate at Chapel Farm – our grand function space for larger weddings and private events
Collector of Souls – our sister venue and brewery & distillery in Caversham, open for dining, wine tours, and unique experiences

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to person on the ground for weddings, events, and functions

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff to make sure everything runs smoothly from setup to pack-down

  • Jump between bar service, event execution, and even running the pass when needed

  • Represent the heart and soul of the venue through seamless, warm, and efficient service

  • Help shape guest experiences that leave people talking for years

  • Lead and mentor our staff and work with them to enhance their own skillsets in this arena.

 

What You Bring:

  • At least 3 years of Wedding/Function Coordinator/Management experience in a fast-paced, multi-venue operation

  • A calm head under pressure, with ninja-like time management and communication skills and a leadership approach that inspires staff to be the best they can be

  • A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude – no task is too big or too small

  • A genuine love for people, storytelling, and making magic happen

The Details:

  • Full-time role,  Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays and administration hours on some weekdays.

  • Based at Chapel Farm Estate with occasional shifts at Collector of Souls

  • $80,000pa + super

SHIFT SUPERVISOR & WEDDING SUPERVISOR - CASUAL

 

Chapel Farm Estate is a one-of-a-kind venue in the Swan Valley, built with 100-year-old timbers and blessed with a Victorian homestead, lake, waterfalls, and fields of native pastures — all set against the majestic backdrop of the Perth Hills.  We are seeking someone to step into a Shift Supervisor/Wedding Supervisor venue across our venues, to help us grow, innovate, and create exceptional experiences for our guests. If you're a dynamic go-getter who thrives on growth, driving change, and building a high-performing team, we want you to be part of our journey.

Working with our Head of Food & Beverage and Administration Manager, this position requires execution of of the food & beverage operations & service standards of:

  • Chapel Farm – our flagship venue for weddings, wine tours, and all-round good times at The Tap

  • Estate at Chapel Farm – our grand function space for larger weddings and private events

  • Collector of Souls – our sister venue and brewery & distillery in Caversham, open for dining, wine tours, and unique experiences

What You Bring:

This fast paced role requires someone who can think on their feet, thrives under pressure, and wants to be part of an environment where no two days look the same. You will have a minimum of 2 years Duty Manager/Supervisor experience in a busy, multi operation venue and be capable of moving from bar service, to wedding service, to looking after our functions or running the pass without batting an eyelid. Previous experience in set up & coordination of weddings is highly regarded. You are required to have an Approved Managers certification for this position.

  • Casual role,  Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays and administration hours on some weekdays.

  • Based at Chapel Farm Estate with occasional shifts at Collector of Souls

  • Level 3 or 4 on the HIGA, subject to experience. 

  • Approved Managers certification required.
