From the Shovelgate Vineyard in Margaret River where these varieties thrive, our Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes are picked in the cool of night, transported to our Swan Valley winery, gently pressed and fermented cool to retain maximum varietal character.
