Booking suppliers can feel overwhelming, so we’ve made it easier by sharing a list of our trusted, go-to vendors. These are people we’ve worked with regularly and confidently recommend.

All other vendors not listed must supply relevant documentation, including public liability insurance and a certificate of currency. For our preferred suppliers, we’ve already taken care of this — giving you peace of mind and helping your day run smoothly.

Please note: all live entertainment (including DJs) must be selected from our preferred vendors below. Bands are not permitted at Chapel Farm, but may be approved for The Estate strictly by application. Please contact our weddings team before booking to confirm availability.

Preferred vendors are provided with complimentary catering and non-alcoholic beverages. All other suppliers attending your event will be charged a flat fee of $70 per person, covering a main meal and free-flow non-alcoholic drinks for the duration of the reception.
