Designed with space and comfort in mind, our Estate Boudoir is the perfect "get ready" room for your big day. With two makeup & hair stations, full size mirrors, private courtyard and bar fridge, you can sip champagne surrounded by your people as you get pampered up by your hair & makeup artists under our chandelier lit ceiling.

Located at Estate at Chapel Farm for our Estate Weddding Parties.

$250 for hire from 9am to 4pm

- Baked brie with candied macadamias, honeycomb, toasted house bread

General terms and conditions

(not fun, but a necessary read)

1. BOOKING YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Tentative bookings for your preferred date will be held for 72 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled unless arrangements have been made to confirm your booking. To secure your date and room, full payment must be received at time of booking and submitted with this signed agreement before Chapel Farm Estate will officially confirm the booking. By submitting the payment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions form provided to you.

2. CANCELLATION

If you cancel your booking within 21 days of the first night the full tariff is not refundable & any balance will be charged. Cancellations made prior to 21 days of the first night incur a $50 administration fee.

3. NO PARTY POLICY

Chapel Farm Getaways has a strict NO PARTY policy to ensure we can protect the premises from damage and maintain it to a standard expected by our guests. Management will monitor noise and complaints from other guests and neighbours. One warning will be given to reduce noise/disturbance and for additional occupants to leave the complex. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all payments/bond and be asked to leave immediately. Your accommodation tariff will not be refunded.

4. SMOKE FREE COMPLEX

Smoking is not permitted in the Complex. Chapel Farm Getaways rooms, verandahs and gardens are 100% smoke-free. There is a smoking area located outside the front gate. Should there be evidence or smoke damage in a room a cleaning fee of $150 will be added to your final invoice.

5. DAMAGES

Excessive dirt, mess and any damages will incur an extra cleaning or replacement charge which will be added to your final invoice. Chapel Farm Estate reserves the right to charge your nominated credit card to recover the outstanding amount owed. Our accommodation is not pet friendly.

6. NO SHOW POLICY

No Refund will be issued in case of no-show.
