General terms and conditions

(not fun, but a necessary read)

 

1. BOOKING YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Please note that like most hotels & accommodation venues, rooms cannot be viewed prior to booking. As rooms are not only available to wedding guests but the general  public too, regular check ins & check outs as well as guest privacy makes this difficult to facilitate. Please refer to room photos and descriptions to determine suitability.

Bookings can be made by emailing stay@chapelfarm.com.au. Tentative bookings for your preferred date will be held for 72 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled unless arrangements have been made to confirm your booking. To secure your date and room,  a credit card authorisation & full payment must be received at time of booking and submitted with a signed terms & conditions agreement before Chapel Farm Estate will officially confirm the booking. By submitting the payment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions form provided to you.

2. CANCELLATION

Effective for bookings made from 21/11/23.

Fixed rate 

Pay in full upfront.

Cancellations within 21 days of the first night are not refundable.

Cancellations made prior to 21 days of the first night will incur a $50 administration fee.

Flexible rate 

Pay in full upfront.

Cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% of the total booking as a cancellation fee.
No fees will be charged for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival.

3. NO PARTY POLICY

Chapel Farm Getaways has a strict NO PARTY policy to ensure we can protect the premises from damage and maintain it to a standard expected by our guests. Please note your accommodation has been booked for a specific number of guests it has not been booked for a party or gathering and these are not permitted on the premises. Management will monitor noise and complaints from other guests and neighbors. One warning will be given to reduce noise/disturbance and for additional occupants to leave the complex. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all payments/bond and be asked to leave immediately. Your accommodation tariff will not be refunded.

4. SMOKE FREE COMPLEX

Smoking is not permitted in the Complex. Chapel Farm Getaways rooms, verandahs and gardens are 100% smoke-free. There is a smoking area located outside the front gate. Should there be evidence or smoke damage in a room a cleaning fee of $150 will be added to your final invoice.

5. DAMAGES

Excessive dirt, mess and any damages will incur an extra cleaning or replacement charge which will be added to your final invoice. Chapel Farm Estate reserves the right to charge your nominated credit card to recover the outstanding amount owed. Our accommodation is not pet friendly.

6. NO SHOW POLICY

No Refund will be issued in case of no-show.

7. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND IDENTIFICATION

A valid proof of photo identification and a credit card must be provided upon check in. Please ensure you bring this with you. This card and information will be used should any additional costs arise or damage is caused to which the guest is liable. Please note if the final invoice is not paid at the time of departure and/or outstanding charges accrue, Chapel Farm Estate reserves the right to charge your nominated credit card to recover the outstanding amount owed.
