Minimum guest numbers of 60 apply for Fridays & Saturdays during peak season (October – April). CateringWith our unique huge BBQ, our 4.2m jarrah wok table, our stainless steel hibachi and the touch of a crazy chef, we can offer a combination of menus that will truly make your wedding reception one to remember. Please note that some menus are only available in certain areas and are subject to minimum number of guests (see individual menus) and seasonal times. There are two locations at Chapel Farm where wedding ceremonies can be held depending on the time and season of the year.Garden/Waterfall AreaLake AreaThere are also great locations around Chapel Farm and adjoining wineries for great photo shoots. Depending on the season and time of the ceremony a charge of $100 every hour prior to 6:00pm will apply. 20 white chairs, a table and two chairs for signing are provided.BeveragesWe offer a large selection of wine, spirits & 69 types of beer, all at very competitive prices. Liquor Licensing Act of West Australia does not allow alcohol to be brought in or taken away from our premises. BookingsTentative bookings will be held for fourteen days, and unless you inform us otherwise, the booking will automatically cancel after that time. To confirm your reservation, we require that a non-refundable deposit of $1000 be paid. Minimum numbers are applicable during peak season and a charge will be involved in numbers drop below minimums (see page 1). Venue HireVenue Hire gives you exclusive use of Chapel Farm.. The below rates are to be used as a guide for your budgeting purposes. We treat each wedding on an individual basis depending on needs and requirements due to uniqueness of the venue. Please feel free to discuss your complete function requirements with our function coordinator.
Exclusive use of either the restaurant or courtyard only is subject to numbers and menus chosen. Our special facility license allows us to serve liquor strictly between the hours of 10am to 12pm. Special RequirementsSpecial requirements can be catered for if sufficient notice is given (allowing for the nature of the requirement). Any special requirements regarding menus or dietary needs must be notified no later than 14 days prior to wedding. We cannot cater for these individuals on the evening without prior notification. Additional costs involved will be passed onto the customer with a 10% surcharge. A set up fee will apply for any decorating or setup outside the normal requirements. Wheelchair access is available. Final Confirmation of ArrangementsFood & beverage details are to be finalised 14 days prior to the function date. Final numbers are to be confirmed 14 days prior to the event. Should the guest numbers on the day be less than the confirmed number, you will be charged at the confirmed rate given 14 days prior to the event. AccommodationChapel Farm Getaways contains 6 themed accommodation units with either king or queen size beds, private bathrooms, lounge, tv/dvd, coffee/tea, & mini bar available. These units are first offered to bridal parties. If you chose to take them you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of booking. We cannot hold rooms for bridal parties or their guests. Accommodation prices are subject to change without notification.CancellationsChapel Farm would share in your disappointment if your wedding were cancelled. However all cancellations must be received in writing and the following strictly adhered to:

Linen & Table DecorationsAs each wedding is taken on an individual basis, linen is an extra cost. Quoted prices at time of bookings can not be confirmed however, we endeavor to keep our cost to you as low as possible and at a competitive cost. Table decorations must be provided by the bridal couple or we can arrange to have them hired. Candles must be of top quality and any damage to linen will be charged to the bridal couple. We reserve the right to blow out candles if they are causing damage.Price Increases & Menu ChangesPrices quoted are current at the time of printing and every endeavor is made to maintain these prices. Menus may also be modified without notice. These are subject to change at the management’s discretion to allow for market cost variations and the introduction of any new statutory charges. Prices are subject to change without notification. Responsibility and DamageChapel Farm does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to guest’s property. Any damage costs to linen & property that is directly related to the function will be passed onto the bridal couple.
